If returning QuickScreen devices, be sure to seal the detectors inside the included envelopes. If this envelopes are missing, contact us immediately. Once packaged up, return detectors to:

When returning QuickScreen devices, if the test was performed in New Jersey or if Rush Service processing is being requested, include your instruction sheet and payment information. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays. When ordering Rush Service, please indicate on the outside of the mailer.
Detectors can be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Detectors can be returned in poly mailers, padded envelopes, or boxes depending on the amount of detectors being returned. If returning detectors via USPS it is advised to increase shipping service to include tracking. Detectors lost in transit to the laboratory cannot be replaced or refunded.
